Sybille is the founder and Director of Deostara limited, a leadership consultancy that supports leaders and their teams to flourish, in line with their organisational purpose and values. She has co-designed and led on a CMI accredited  MSc programme:Management for a Sustainable Future.  She has just successfully completed her PhD exploring the lived experience of shared leadership within the social sector.   

Helen is an APECS accredited Master Executive coach. Founder and director of a certified BCorp, Wise Goose School of Coaching, for over 35 years she has been working with leader and organisations who want to close the gap between their ideals of creating a better world and a reality where they face complex decisions, dilemmas and values conflicts.
